My name is Einar Magnus. I was born in '86 and ever since I got my hands on a Nintendo Entertainment System at the ripe age of 5, I've dreamt of working in the games industry.
I am now finishing my bachelors degree in Visual Simulations and hope to soon be hired as a programmer. I have a lot of passion when it comes to the creative aspects of using technology and
I've made everything from websites to games, programs, apps, databases, 3D art, illustrations, stream content, youtube videos... The list goes on. This site displays some of my works both as a coder and an artist. I do hope you enjoy some of my work, and if you want to get a hold of me there is a contact form at the bottom of the page.

Believe it or not, but this little game won me the third price at Norways biggest LAN Party, The Gathering. When it comes to the code I believe that this is my best work to this day. It is simple and elegant, and I also made a leveleditor for it. Super fun project. It features music from Miu (Magnus Sørlie).
This puzzle platformer was all about pushing Flash and Actionscript to its limits. And I believe we succeded. It even has a stylish dialogsystem with voice acting from the brilliant Ingve Connolly Gran. I am very proud of this game, even though we never got around to finishing it since it was a school project with a fairly small time limit.
This game was also a group effort. I did all the coding and unity stuff, but did not make any assets. We made it for a school assignment were the goal was to make a game to teach kids how to recycle waste.
This game was made in a group of four as a part of my bachelor thesis. To be quite honest it didn't turn out that great. It did provide me with some good lessons in what to do, and what not to do when it comes to game development though. I did all the coding on this project in C# (Unity).
After playing around with Actionscript 3.0 in Flash for a while
I made this game to challenge myself. It's not much of a game, but I learned alot from this little project. All assets, animations and scripts was made
In the secound year of my bachelor in Visual Simulations we started playing around with Unity for the first time. This is nothing special, but it is my first steps in the Unity engine. This is the result of following the guidence given to me by one of my textbooks.
Humble beginnings. As many others my coding adventure
begun with recreating a oldschool classic. This pong game
was madein Adobe Flash with ActionScript 3.0
I am a coder, not a 3D artist or illustrator, but I do like to play arround with photoshop and Maya, and draw from time to time. Here are a few of my personal favorites among my novice works of art. Enjoy :)
One of my many hobbies is music. I'm not super talented in any stretch of the imagination, but I do love to play guitar and sing from time to time. I hardly find the time for it nowadays, but when I do it usually find it way on the world wide web in the form of a youtube video. Have a look if you are currious.
My love for games runs deep. When I was a kid my parents got me and my brother a Nintendo Entertainment System. We played Mario, Zelda and any game we could get our hands on, for hours on end. Ever since, I've been hooked on games and the immense joy and immersion that games have provided me with.
Sometimes in my spare time I like to share my enthusiasm for game through my Twitch stream.
